'We are each other's harvest; we are each other's business; we are each other's magnitude and bond.' - Gwendolyn Brooks
I love bringing people together. Whether it's to meditate, write, share adventures or to run naked and free into wild Welsh waters! I love making things happen that bring smiles to people's faces. I love it when an event you dreamt up becomes a reality. Below is a small sample of the many and varied events I have thought up and organised over the years.

Urban Yoga Gatherings
Working with Elahn Keshava from Shekinashram in Glastonbury and Lila Conway of YogaPrema, Bristol, I organised the first Urban Yoga Gathering in September 2014. A fundraising event for the Sri Radhey Seva Trust in India, we invited participants to joins us for an experience of asana, mantra music and delicious vegetarian food.
Our second Urban Yoga Gathering - Sivaratri was held on Sunday 15th Feb 2015 and sold out within weeks.
In celebration of International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice on 21st June 2015, I invited people to join me at Bristol's lovely College Green to perform 108 Sun Salutations. It was a beautiful morning, full of heart and love.

National Poetry Day 2nd Oct 2014
The Poetry Podium was a pop-up event I organised with the help of the Poetry by Heart team in Bristol. We celebrated National Poetry day by inviting members of the public to come along and share their love of poetry by reciting or reading aloud...through a MEGAPHONE! Yay!
Plenty of folk came to join us from all over the city, including students from Bristol University, talented amateur poets and even a three year old whose wonderful recitation of 'Twinkle Twinkle' brought a smile to picnickers on the Green!
Radio Bristol also joined in the fun and we were interviewed for morning and evening shows. Hurrah!
Midsummer Skinny Dip - World Record Breaker!
In 2011 I organised a world record breaking fundraiser on behalf of Marie Curie Cancer Care. I persuaded 413 people to join me on a beach in the gorgeous Gower, South Wales at 7am on 19th June, where we proceeded to (following a suitable warm-up!) strip naked and skinny dip in the wild Welsh sea!
The event was a huge success, hit headlines world-wide and raised over £27,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care. As a result I was delighted to win the JustGiving 2012 Award for Most Creative Fundraiser.
Check out these videos from the day of the event!
